This tier is for help that is quick, light, and doesn't require heavy lifting- Device setup (phones, tablets, laptops, printers, WiFi)- App installs & account help- Password resets & email setup- Basic troubleshooting & “how-to” lessons
Tier 2
59/hr
+$20 travel fee for in-person visits
This tier is for help that take more time and care, but aren’t highly technical-Anything in Tier 1 and...- Data transfer between devices (phones → phones, phone → computer)- Cloud setup & syncing (iCloud, Google, OneDrive)- Photo & video organization or backup- Software updates, cleanup, and performance tuning- Multi-device setup (e.g., new phone + watch + tablet together)
Tier 3
79/hr
+$20 travel fee for in-person visits
This tier is for the heavy-duty jobs-Anything in Tiers 1 & 2 and...- Virus & malware removal- Operating system issues, reinstallations, recovery- Email repair, account lockouts, multi-step verification resets- Advanced troubleshooting (networking issues, corrupted files, etc.)- Customer service calls (we call on your behalf to resolve tech/account issues)- Multi-step help that may span hours
